Shropshire Black Ham. Back in 1781 Lord Bradenham created a special method of dry-curing the finest ham. Steeped for 14 days in a black molasses marinade with juniper and spices, and then matured for three months, it develops a unique and distinctive flavour, as well as the signature black rind that gives it its name. Our delicious cooked hams are available either whole (approx 5.7kg) or as a half ham (approx 2.6kg). Supplied ready-to-eat, with the black rind removed. Simply slice and serve!
