Cooling a white wine from room temperature to 7°C takes approximately 2 hours but if it's kept in a cooler environment this will take much less time. There's no ice required and no compressor at the back - the cooler simply and quickly keeps your wine at the optimum temperature. Please note: When warming a bottle of red wine you have taken from a cooler storage area, you may notice that it starts to cool. This is quite normal as the machine switches between cooling and heating cycles as it senses the bottle in order to bring the wine to the correct temperature.
